Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the AI pore analysis service ("Service") provided by pip! ("Company").

2. Definitions

• Member: A user who agrees to these Terms and completes sign-up.
• Service: AI skin/pore analysis, trend tracking, product recommendations, and community features.
• Analysis Data: Photos uploaded by the Member and the scores/metadata derived from them.

3. Effect & Amendments

These Terms take effect upon posting. Amendments will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days for unfavorable changes).

4. Membership

Applicants must agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Photo Dataset Usage Terms. The Company may reject sign-ups involving identity theft, false information, or applicants under 14 without legal guardian consent.

5. Use of Service

• Members must only upload their own face photos.
• Analysis results are not a substitute for medical diagnosis.
• The Company may suspend the Service for maintenance with prior notice.

6. Member Obligations

Members are responsible for password security and must not defame other members or interfere with Service operations.

7. Termination

Members may withdraw at any time via My Page. Personal information is deleted immediately upon withdrawal. Anonymized analysis data may be retained per Article 8.

8. IP & Data Usage

The processing of uploaded photos and analysis data is governed separately by the Photo Dataset Usage Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or Member fault. Analysis results are for reference only; consult a medical professional for skin conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have first-instance jurisdiction.
